Network Design

A solid, reliable and, preferably, very fast, IT infrastructure at any business starts with good Network design. At GNS we have understood this for a long time. We have been building LAN infrastructures for many years and we have seen both great designs and "no-design-at-all" solutions.

Unfortunately, the latter is more common. It's easy to understand how this happens: A firm starts small with a few staff and limited requirements (and a tiny budget!). A single switch with a firewall router can easily suffice and, with the right equipment, can last for years. However, quite often the business grows and suddenly outgrows the simple, flat solution. More equipment is put in, usually by staff with limited networking experience.

GNS offers reliable, scalable solutions for small, medium and large sized firms. Once in place, we can turn over management to the in-house IT team, providing second-level support if and when they need it. Alternatively, we offer our "fully-managed" service, whereby we pro-actively monitor the network and respond to any issues or requests.
