New York, 04/01/2020 - As the world continues to deal with the worst health crisis of our time, GNS would like to assure you that we are still operating our business as usual. That is to say, given the particular services and technologies we engage in, we made a seamless transition from operations out of traditional office spaces to those from remote locations. This allowed us to remain open without interruption and provide our normal 24/7 online and phone support. Due in no small part to continuity planning, we have experienced no significant disruption of our committed SLAs, while still ensuring the utmost in information security and compliance.
While it is indeed our hope that we will all be able to return to our normal working environments soon, our intention is to continue following CDC guidance and the recommendations of our local government leadership to help keep our employees safe and healthy. Accordingly, our staff members will remain working remotely for the foreseeable future. For our clients that are currently seeking support, please keep in mind that our employees may be contacting you from phones that may not have a familiar caller ID, but do know that the same skilled individuals you have worked with in the past will be on the other end of the line to help you resolve any issues you may be encountering.
